Chukath

The procedures for implementing the halachah of the red heifer as well as the history of the nine sacrifices, conform to the nature of tetrahedral geometry in a three-dimensional magen david and a function of the cube [of creation] in the combined cubic form of the shnei luchot (two tablets / 'primordial torah' before division). This geometry, in turn, is a reflection of the number and nature of the letters in God's Explicit Name (HaShem HaMeforash).

Before we get into specifics, it is worth mentioning that the word "gematria" in Hebrew essentially means geometry. However, the word 'geometry' specifically refers to the measure of the earth, as explained (with sources) in the post on the The Primordial Torah. It is closely related to the word 'geology,' which is the study of earth (the word 'ge[a]' referring to 'earth' and 'gaia' referring to "mother earth'). It is common to consider the gematria of various letters in the study of Torah (gematria here being the numeric 'measure' of the letters). To the rest of the world, this form of geometry is relatively unknown. In mathematics, geometry generally involves physical geometry, or spacial geometry, which is the study of shapes, two-dimensional, three-dimensional or more, as well as combinations of those shapes. However, there are still other forms of geometry that are not generally recognized as such, like the geometry of numbers and sets of numbers. In the case of Torah, we find all of these forms of geometry converging in the letters, words, sentences, and even the characteristics of the events that are part of the narrative.

We will examine the connection to the parah adumah in a moment. In the meantime, if you are new to this blog, please read each of the essential constructs listed in the column to the right before proceeding. These pages reveal some of the basic mathematic connections between the letters of God's Explicit Name and the multidimensional geometric characteristics of the luchot, both in the divided state and combined cubic form, along with the internal geometry that casts a shadow known as a magen david. There is a special connection between the Name, the luchot and the geometry of the magen, and together they form a unique signature. We refer to this geometry and its mathematic common denominator as the Signature of the Architect. The purpose of this blog is to show how all of these things connect, and to reveal where this 'Signature' is hidden, not only in each week’s parashah, but the physics of time and space, quantum mechanics and celestial dynamics to name a few. Once you are familiar with these constructs you can more fully appreciate each post. Those who have already read these essential constructs, will recognize the tetrahedral geometry of the 'royal seal' (magen david) in the procedural implementation of the parah adumah.

When it was sacrificed, the priest would take some of its blood in his left ‘palm’ and then with the finger of his right hand sprinkle it seven times toward the communion tent. A 'palm' is four fingers and so the blood from 'the 4' was sprinkled 7 times with the one finger of the right hand, toward the tent.

Historic events or halachic procedures are often characterized by 4 x 7 (28) instances of 'something' that happens to coincide with the numbers, sets of numbers and the ratios that are characteristic of two tetrahedrons, and where two tetrahedrons are specifically the male~female components of a star tetrahedron or magen david, as detailed and modeled in such posts as Emor and also Massey and Devarim).

Each Face of a Tetrahedron is a Triangle
A Triangle Consists of 7 Elements
One Tetrahedron has 4 Faces
Total = 28 Elements

You might at first be inclined to think that this is a nice mathematic coincidence. However we've shown in many posts, including those mentioned above, how 4 x 7 (generally as two pairs of 7s) results in 28 elements that are characteristic of events, halacha, and even the linguistic structure of the text throughout the Torah; and how they constitute what amounts to a 'royal seal' embedded on an official document. In each case, the numbers, sets of numbers, and ratios are a mathematic reflection that is equivalent to the Signature of the Architect in the form of a magen david. In some cases the geometry is three-dimensional, like two tetrahedrons as 2 pairs of 7s (with 28 elements). In other cases it is two-dimensional like a triangle as 1 pair of 7s (with 14 elements). One is merely a shadow of the other, and regardless whether the numbers are characteristic of tetrahedrons or triangles, they are invariably 'paired' opposite one another, like the opposing halves of a magen david (example: it took seven years to conquer the land, and then another seven years to divide it).

We previously demonstrated the three-dimensional significance of these numbers in the post on VaEra & Bo where they paralleled the events of the plagues, or more specifically, where the numbers pertaining to the events defined the geometry of the magen david in terms of the edges, points, and faces of a star tetrahedron. It should be emphasized once again that these numbers are merely a geometric reflection of the 216 letters of God’s Name that defines everything (and we'll get more specific in a moment).

At any rate, the above numbers involving the priest, the blood and the sprinkling suggest (and it is only a suggestion at this point) that this may be another example of where we see a reflection of the letters of the Explicit Name in the halacha or the events described in the Torah. Of course it would be nice if we had a second witness whose testimony could be used to determine whether this was just a mathematic coincidence, or whether it really is a reflection of God’s Name in this particular geometric form. Not surprisingly, we do find a second witness.

As part of the procedure established by Moshe for the sacrifice of the red heifer, the priest engaged in what is called a “triple calling-out ceremony,” where he brings everyone’s attention to “this cedar” and “this hyssop” and “this crimson wool.” There were 4 types of hyssop and 7 types of cedar, in addition to the one type of crimson wool specified in the Torah. Those numbers are the very same numbers as those above, where the blood of the red heifer was taken from 'the 4' of the left hand and sprinkled 7 times with the one finger of the right hand toward the tent. Each time, we have the same numbers, the numbers that correspond to God’s Name in the geometric form of the magen david.

If indeed this represents the geometry of the letters of God’s Name, and if indeed the events are conforming to those letters, then we might also expect a third witness to confirm this, especially since the geometric form of the magen david is all about 3s (and even more especially when it is three-dimensional). Well guess what? There is indeed a third witness, and a very good one at that! We see it in the additional requirements for the sacrifice which are also tantamount to a mathematic reflection of the letters in God’s Name, but this time the procedure provides a more detailed definition of the faces, edges, and points of the magen in the form of a star tetrahedron. Before we begin, let's first look more closely at the geometry.

A tetrahedron has 4 faces. Each face is a triangle with 7 elements (3 points, 3 lines and 1 face). The '4' with '7' make 1 (three-dimensional) tetrahedron. Note that it takes two tetrahedrons to create one star tetrahedron and that here are two instances of 4s, 7s and 1s in the text of the parashah alluding to the combined geometry. When a tetrahedron is merged with another tetrahedron to create a star tetrahedron, each face is further subdivided into 3 smaller faces (as you can easily see above) with the stellation of the opposing tetrahedron in the middle of any given large face. The sum total of triangular corners on each small face in the third dimension (after the marriage of the two) is 72, with each mathematically corresponding to the number of triplets in the Explicit Name. That’s why we say that the star tetrahedron (magen david) is a geometric reflection of the letters of the Name. Not only are there 216 ‘positions’ that correspond to each letter, but each is a function of 72 triangles, reflecting the triad nature of the Name, much like the characteristic of sapphire that has a measured clarity of 72 with trigonal crystalline facets. Now let's see how this corresponds to the procedure established by Moshe, and to the events themselves independent of the procedure.

The procedure that Moshe established for the burning of the red heifer required the priest to:
  1. Kindle the fire
  2. Place the cow on the fire
  3. Take some cedar, hyssop and crimson wool
Thus far, the procedure requires 3 things, and the 3rd thing specifically requires (another) 3 things.

The cow was then burned and the ashes divided into 3 parts. The first part was placed in the chail which was the wall facing the women's gallery. The second part was deposited on the anointment hill (on the Mt. of Olives) and the third part was given to the guards near the Temple for use as necessary.

So now in addition to the 3 things, where the 3rd thing includes another 3 things, we have these 3 things divided into and among another 3 things. This is like a triangle that has 3 more triangles inside, that each in turn have 3 more triangles inside.

The content of the text and the procedure it describes therefore have something in common with both the triad nature of the letters in the Name (a series of triplets) and the triad nature of the mathematics defining a three-dimensional magen david. But again, it doesn't end with just the above description. To better visualize the relationship between one thing and another, consider the following:

The priest would exclaim:

Behold this cedar wood

Behold this cedar wood      Behold this cedar wood

The others would  reply:

Yes

Yes     Yes
In order to show how these procedural requirements mirror the characteristics of a star tetrahedron (reflecting the geometric characteristics of the 216 letters) let's "map" this part of the procedure on the surface of the first face of a tetrahedron and its opposing stellation (and each additional procedural element in turn) to see how the halacha conforms to the characteristics of the magen. Since this part of the procedure pertains to 1 face and its opposing stellation, it accounts for 18 of the 72 triangular faces.

Notice: 1) how the 3 small faces are a geometric match for the 3 times the cedar was called out, and 2) how the 3 sides on the base of the opposing stellation provide a corresponding reflection of the 3 times the others responded "yes," and 3) how the 3 faces of the opposing stellation correspond mathematically to the 3 places where the ashes were placed. The first tetrahedron is a reflection of what the priest did. The opposing tetrahedron is a reflection of the parts that others played in the process, essentially male~female counterparts of one another. The procedure would of course continue.

This time the priest would exclaim:

Behold this hyssop

Behold this hyssop      Behold this hyssop

The others would again reply:

Yes

Yes     Yes

The mapping of this procedure onto the 2nd surface is essentially the same as the previous, again defining the characteristics for this part of the magen. The 2nd face and the 2nd opposing stellation add another 18 of the 72 triangular faces of the star tetrahedron, and so we now have half the number of triplets (36) accounted for in these 2 faces.

Notice again how the 3 small faces are a geometric match for the 3 times the hyssop was called out; and how the 3 sides on the base of the opposing stellation provide a corresponding reflection for the 3 times the others responded "yes"; and how the 3 faces of the opposing stellation correspond mathematically to the 3 places where the ashes were placed. The first tetrahedron is again a reflection of what the priest did and the opposing tetrahedron is again a reflection of the parts that others played (male~female). The procedure would of course continue.

This time the priest would exclaim:

Behold this crimson wool

Behold this crimson wool      Behold this crimson wool

The others would again reply:

Yes

Yes     Yes

The pattern continues to repeat itself. The next part of the procedure provides the content for the 3rd face and the 3rd opposing stellation. Again, the geometry of the procedure reflects the letters of God’s Name in the geometric form of a magen david, with yet another 18 of the 72 triangular faces, on the surfaces/faces corresponding to 54 of the triangles/triplets.

Closeup of the 3rd Face and Opposing Stellation

Each of the 3 small faces again corresponds to the calling out, but this time for the crimson wool, and each of the 3 small faces on the opposing stellation again corresponds to the 3 responses, and the 3 places the ashes were deposited.

So far, all of these conform beautifully to the geometry of a star tetrahedron. However, there is yet another face to account for, because a tetrahedron has 4 faces, and thus far we've only mapped 3 because the procedure involved only 3 items (cedar, hyssop and crimson wool). In what possible way could the 4th face correspond to the Parah Adumah?

If you are familiar with the history of the Parah Adumah, then you know there were 9 sacrifices. The number (9) matches the number of corners on the remaining face of the star tetrahedron. The number of sacrifices would complete the geometry except for the  remaining stellation, but we'll get to that in a moment.

Keep in mind that while the procedure may have been established by Moshe, the historical events were out of his hands, yet they continue to reflect the geometric characteristics of a star tetrahedron (missing only its opposing components that we'll get to in a moment).

In the meantime, the history of those sacrifices bears closer examination. Mishnah Parah 3:5 provides more detail about the 9 Parah Adumah's made throughout history, and the one that will be made by Mashiach in the future:

Moshe was obviously the first. However, the sages compare Ezra to Moshe and say that Ezra could have given the Torah, and in a sense he did, as he revitalized the Torah and taught it to everyone upon their return to the Land. As a leader, he brought his people out of exile and built the Second Temple. The third ‘first’ is Yishmael ben Piavi, who was said to be more righteous than his two counterparts, even though he was the last in time. Each of these three men were different from the other two in their respective triad.

What this means is that the nature of the men who performed the sacrifices also reflects the geometry of the royal seal. Each face of a triangle consist of three points. One of those points is always different from the other two. That's because any two points are in one dimension, while the third point must rise above, into the second dimension. This is simply the geometric nature of a two dimensional triangle. The same is true for its three-dimensional counterpart, the tetrahedron, except that it has three points in any given two-dimensional plane, while the fourth point rises above into the third dimension. The same is true with the men who were involved in the 9 sacrifices. In fact, these same characteristics are found throughout the Torah as a function of the historical narrative (as can be seen in other posts).
In the meantime, we mentioned above that we were still missing a component to complete the geometry, specifically the stellation of the opposing tetrahedron. We find it's counterparts in the future sacrifice that Mashiach will make where the calling out ceremony matches the 3 sides of the 3 faces on the opposing stellation. So the last stellation provides a "place" for one final (or 10th) sacrifice. The 9 sacrifices made by other Sages will stand geometrically opposite the 9 characteristics (3 x 3) of the sacrifice that Mashiach will make, a sacrifice that is a singularly unique, in that it will be the last. The "end will be en-wedged in [the] beginning," as Mashiach will understand the mystery and meaning of the sacrifice as did Moshe.

With the completion of this face and corresponding events, both past and future, ascribed to their respective place in the cosmic scheme of things, we have the final 18 of the 72 triangles accounted for. Thus all of the triplets that would correspond to the 216 letters of God's Explicit Name are now found in the above geometry. The Signature of the Architect (in the form of the royal seal) is the framework of the procedure, also the history of the procedure, and even the future of that procedure. We see this in the actual events that have thus far occurred over time.

If you tried to match these characteristics to any other 'geometry,' (excluding that which corresponds to God's Name) then the entire pattern would fall apart, which again suggests that "the Name" really does 'rule' over everything. The reason for the sacrifice is of course still a secret (known only to Moshe, R. Eleazar and Mashiach).

In closing, we should remind readers that it is the Jewish people (the family of builders mentioned in the parables that are part of the posts on Metzora, Emor and BeHa'alothekha) who have preserved this knowledge for the benefit of mankind; it is the Jewish people who observe it, so that the matrix of time and space remains stable (as demonstrated in BeHar and BeChuko-thai); and it is the Jewish people who fulfill it, so that mankind can recognize the Author of the system, their Creator, and see His Unique Signature throughout every aspect of His creation. It is however, incumbent on the individual to seek out this information from competent Torah sources. Additional information on where the Signature of the Architect appears in quantum mechanics, the physics of time and space, biology, and celestial dynamics to name a few, can be found throughout other posts on this blog. Thanks for reading!

Footnote 2 – Was in the days of Hillel and Rabban Yochanan ben Zakkai.

Footnote 3 - The Mishnah in Sotah 9:15 states, “When Rabbi Yishmael ben Piavi died, the splendor of the Priesthood disappeared.” He was wise and rich, and many priests ate at his table.

Footnote 4 - See Babylonian Talmud Kedushin 31a and Avoda Zara 23b-24a, for the fascinating story about how far one should go in honoring their parents. Some say that God caused Benjamin’s stone on the Breastplate of the High Priest to become lost, hinting to the fact that the Jews were fighting amongst themselves. At the time close to the end of the Second Temple, there were tremendous schisms in Judaism, and Benjamin symbolized unity, as he was not part of the brothers’ plot to sell Joseph. By his stone becoming lost, the Jews were to get a last minute wakeup call that they had lost their unity. They replaced the rare stone from Dama ben Nesina’s coffers. In the merit of his honoring his father, Dama was blessed with a Red Heifer in his flock, which he sold to the Jews for the same price they had offered him for the stone.

A special thank you to Uri Strauss
for constructing the Table of the 10 Parah Adumahs and mapping them to the face of a magen david.

Korach

Parashah Korach is a mathematic corollary to Parashah BeMidbar. In fact, the reflection of God’s Name that we saw in BeMidbar amounts to a ‘mathematic prophecy’ that is manifested in the events of Korach.

In BeMidbar, we pointed out that Eleazar was responsible for transporting (among other things) the qetoret (incense) and the shemen ha'mishchah (anointing oil). These two items figure prominently in this week's parashah in the rebellion of Korach against Moshe and Aaron.

God appointed Moshe to lead Israel. Moshe made the anointing oil and he in turn anointed Aaron, who was the first Cohen HaGadol (High Priest). As the leaders of Israel, these two men had a special connection to the anointing oil.  Korach, on the other hand did not. He and his rebels did have an ancillary connection to the incense, since they brought their fire pans (for burning the incense) as part of the rebellion, and it is in the characteristics of these events that we find the mathematic corollary.

We will examine the corollary in a moment. For those who have already read these essential constructs, this week’s parashah will provide another example of this geometric signature and we’ll use it to demonstrate the connection.

Before we do, please remember that the 216 letters of the Name that define the cosmic blueprint, correlate, not only in the volumetric measure of the luchot (216 cubic handbreadths) but such things as the number of square handbreadths on its six surfaces (216 square handbreadths) and the total number of degrees in its twenty-four 90 degree angles (2,160 degrees) not to mention the many aspects of its internal geometry like the 72 triangular corners of the star tetrahedron or three-dimensional magen david within (216 vertices). Also keep in mind that two of the above mentioned examples are static aspects of geometry (common to any cube) while two are entirely dependent on the measure of one cube in particular, the cubit-cubed (of six handbreadths) or shnei luchot in combined cubic form. Therefore, it stands to reason that the point of convergence between the two (static and potentially variable parameters) and their correlation with the letters of the Name, should also be found in the 'geometry' and 'measure' of events described by the letters of Torah, in the history of the Jewish people. We see two specific examples in this parashah.

You may recall that the amount of incense and the amount of shemen (anointing oil) that Eleazar was required to transport, were both multiples of the number of letters in God’s Name. These mathematic reflections initiated in BeMidbar, ripple forward in time to this parashah where we see them take physical form in the events related to Korach’s rebellion. There were specifically 250 men who supported Korach in this rebellion. These 250 men brought their fire pans to burn incense, whereupon the 250 were swallowed up by the earth because they refused to accept the leaders whom God had designated (Moshe and Aaron).

Remember how much
incense Eleazar was required to transport in BeMidbar? It was 54 (thousand drams). This is a context-related multiple of the letters in God’s Name. Divide the 54 thousand by 216 and you get 250, the very same number of people in the rebellion who had brought their fire pans to burn this very substance (54 thousand divided by 216 = 250). The number (as a multiple of the letters in the Name) and context (the incense as it pertains to that multiple) are the same.

The four quadrants of the cube [of creation] (shown below) are like any of the four-letter subsets of HaShem HaMeforash (like the Havayah Ehyeh) and each quadrant equates to 54 of the 216 elements of the matrix (54 cubic handbreadths of the 216 cubic handbreadths).

Four Times 54 = 216

The mirror image of the event (as a function of the number of letters) doesn’t end with the incense. We also find it in the numbers corresponding to the anointing oil. Moshe and Aaron were the leaders of Israel. In their position as leaders, both had a direct connection to the anointing oil, Moshe having made it and Aaron having been anointed with it. Remember how much anointing oil Moshe had made, and Eleazar was required to transport? It was 12 lugim or 432 drams. Divide 432 by 216 and you get 2, another specific context-related multiple of the number of letters in God's Name (the volumetric measure for each of the two sets of luchot ultimately brought down by Moshe was 216 cubic handbreadths - the total being 432 cubic handbreadths) and so we see also a correlation with the number of people that Korach and his people rejected (Moshe and Aaron ~
two). Again the number (as a multiple of the letters in the Name) and the context (this time the anointing oil as it pertains to that multiple) are identical.

2 times 216 = 432

250 who rebelled with Korach are juxtaposed against...
...the 2 leaders of Israel (Moshe and Aaron).

250 who brought their fire pans to burn incense...
...juxtaposed against the 2 that (either made) or were anointed w/oil.

                                            250 x 216 = the amount of incense
                                                    ....Eleazer was required to transport
                                                         ...juxtaposed against the 2 x 216 (drams)
...that was the amount of oil (432)
                                                                 ...he was required to transport.

In other words, insofar as both Korach and BeMidbar are concerned, the number 250 is a function of the amount of incense as it relates to the letters of the Name and this is juxtaposed against the two who were the subject of the rebellion, which is a function of the amount of anointing oil as it relates to the letters of God's Name

In each case, the numbers are multiples of the 'measure' of the luchot, that is in turn 'measured' according to the letters in the Triad Havaya of 72, and both find their physical manifestation in Korach, where they define, in perfect context, the characteristics of the events. This is just one of many examples that comes to show how the cube [of creation] or foundation stone (combined cubic form of the shnei luchot) defines reality.

Sh'lach

The process of tikkun olam seems to be built into the mathematic and geometric structure of the luchot! The word tikkun means “rectification,” and the word olam refers to “the world” that God has (and is) creating. The phrase tikkun olam refers to the process by which God repairs that world. It's an ongoing process that shows up in the cyclic pattern of key events and the unique characteristics of those events. Not only does it have a mathematic fingerprint, but that same fingerprint appears throughout biblical history, and even the later history of Israel.

We will examine the process and the mathematic pattern in a moment. This week’s parashah provides another example of this geometry and we’ll use it to demonstrate the premise as it pertains to tikkun olam.

In Sh’lach we are introduced to the 10 'scouts' that sway the minds of the people and the events leading to the 40 years in the wilderness. The subtle relationship between the actions of these scouts; the people who listened to them; and the ultimate demise of those involved, is a textbook example of this process of tikkun and its mathematic and geometric properties that are hidden in the luchot.

These 'numbers' are an integral part of the sapphire stone that was 'divided' into male~female halves, and then 'brought down'. In sefer yetzirah (1:1) we read that when God "...created His universe [He did so] ...with three books [SePhaRim] ...with text [SePheR] ...with number [SePhaR] …and with story (communication) [SiPpuR] all alluding to the SapPhiRe cube [of creation](luchot). You may remember from the post on the nature of sapphire, that its measure of clarity (the ratio between its wavelength and index of refraction) is 72. The nature of tikkun is mathematically defined by the most basic geometric properties of this sapphire cube, its measure being limited as-it-were by the 216 (three x 72) letters of the Name. You will see these properties at work in a moment.

We'll start by focusing on the characteristics of the five internal mathematic constructs that are a function of the geometry. The math is a bit steep, however it helps to understand that each of these constructs and their characteristics, essentially define the edges, faces and vertices of five regular convex polyhedrons more commonly known as the platonic solids. Each of these constructs has a polar opposite (each being a "self dual"). We modeled these in the post on string theory and the luchot to show how the cube [of creation] defined the underlying physics of the universe. In this post we will show how the same constructs form the underlying basis for tikkun olam.

Simply stated, the 5 internal mathematic constructs and their 5 polar opposites can be thought of as 5 opposite 5 for purpose of identifying a certain pattern that repeats itself, not only in Torah, but physics and other areas of science as well. We should point out that all cubes have this mathematic characteristic. However the cube we are referring to is the "cubit-cubed," and the measure of all that was (and is to be). It is the primal form of the shnei luchot with an intrinsic nature defined by 216 elements in the form of a very specific measure (6 x 6 x 6 = 216 cubic handbreadths). These handbreadths are in turn a reflection of a larger reality defined by the 216 letters of God's Explicit Name. It is the constructs within a cube so defined, that give rise to the physical universe and its various hidden aspects.

We’ll begin our examination with a brief description of how this cubic geometry finds its way into actual historic events (the process is elaborated upon by the Sages of Israel and you will likely recognize it in a moment) after which, we'll show how it pertains to this parashah.

The geometry (of the events) will be presented as a mathematic poem focusing on a repeating pattern of 10 things that are either 5 opposite 5, or 10 things that are not. Contemplate carefully what you read below.

In a small corner of the universe where time as we know it does not exist...

10 “spheres” descend...
The spheres are in a single column one after the other (neither male, nor female)
In this form they are unable to hold the light of the Ein Sof...
Unable to fulfill their purpose...
The 10 spheres shatter...

A reflection of this “event” appears in the physical universe where time does exist...

10 pre-flood ‘kings’ arise, Adam through Noah...
The 10 reign consecutively, one after the other, but...
Despite their own personal perfection...
They are unable to transmit that light (knowledge of God) to the people...
The people degenerate...
The lives of the 10 kings (and their entire world) comes to an end in a flood...

Tikkun begins...

The 10 spheres are brought back...
This time the spheres are 5 opposite 5 (sefer yetzirah)
In this male-female form, they are able to transmit the light...

The letters of creation are now visible...
5 of these letters have 2 different forms (normal or sofit)
They are 5 of one type, opposite 5 of another (5 opposite 5)
a mirror image of the spheres...
that in turn mirror the pattern established by the blueprint...
5 constructs that are male and 5 that are female...

The letters of the 10 sayings of creation incorporate these constructs...
So when it comes time for God to destroy what He created (mabul/flood)...
He does so in like manner...

                       These 'letters' describe the waters...
that rise for 5 months and then recede for 5 months...

In that corner of the universe where time moves forward...

10 more kings arise after the flood (Shem through Avraham)

                                  Shem (son of Noach)
                                       Arpachshad
                                            Shelach
                                                 Eyver
                                                      Peleg
                                                          Re'u
                                                               Se'rug
                                                                     Nachor
                                                                          Terach and

                                                                                Avraham

                           These 10 kings are different...
                               some establish schools...
to disseminate knowledge/light to the people....

The 1st set of 5 kings reign ‘before
                                     ...the separation of the continents.

The 2nd set of 5 kings reign ‘after
                                     ...the separation of the continents

The kings thus reflect the specifications of the blueprint

...and reign 5 opposite 5 (quite literally)
...like the nature of the spheres
                                           ...that were 5 opposite 5

...like the nature of the letters
...with 5 forms opposite 5 forms

...and the nature of the luchot
...with the 5 constructs and 5 opposites before them
...that defined the specification in the first place

During the reign of this second set of 10 kings...
...light finally begins to enter the world because...

The last of these kings is Avraham...

So naturally 10 trials are brought to test Avraham (as known)
                                ...He remains faithful (in all
10)
...and continues to transmit his knowledge of God

...to all those willing to listen
...entertaining strangers in his tent for that very purpose!

Time moves forward...

Avraham’s descendent’s are not steadfast
...and so they go down to Egypt where they
...are subjected to fire for purpose of refinement
...at the appropriate time the fire will be extinguished
...and the more refined souls will be removed from the furnace.

The catalyst for this (further) rectification

...must now be entered into the equation.

So 10 of the brothers1 sell Yoseph into slavery
                                       ...fulfilling God’s plan that was

...written in the stone of SapPhiRe
...with 5 internal geometric constructs that are self-duals
...the brothers inadvertently set the wheels in motion
...a mathematic reflection of the eventual ‘rectification’
...is seen when 5 silver shekels are split in half
                                                          ...among the 10 brothers
...leading to their eventual descent into Egypt
                                                                ...for rectification.
                                                                   ...where the furnace is ignited.

Time once again moves forward...

The Egyptians refuse to let Israel go
...the dark side intervenes to prevent the building of the Temple
...which prevents the light from entering the world
...God provides the means for the light to escape
...and the dark side is subjected to 10 plagues
...the dark side is then destroyed by these 10 in succession
...like the 10 kings before them that were destroyed in the flood
...and like the 10 spheres before them that were shattered.

With destruction of the dark, the light escapes...

The 10 have an entirely different (rectifying effect) on Israel
...Israel perceives them as 5 upper and 5 lower plagues2 (as known)
...preparing them to receive the light
...so they can transmit that light to the world.

Israel thus arrives at Sinai where the process again resets.

     10 commandments are given
...Israel is not yet capable of holding or transmitting this powerful light to the world
...so the 10 commandments are shattered
...like the 10 pre-flood kings before them
...and the 10 spheres before them
...all being reflections of the blueprint.

                                    But then...

The 10 commandments are brought down a second time

...and now the people are capable of
                                                 ...receiving this light
...5 commandments on one, opposite 5 on the other
...transmitting this light to the world                                                                                                ...they begin halachic observance
...fulfilling the standard set by the King.

The ripple thus continues to move forward through time
...until it arrives at this place and time (in Sh'lach)
        ...where the 10 'scouts' arise
...and do what the dark side was previously unable to accomplish.

...the 10 “scouts4” unanimously ‘agree to disagree’ with God and Moshe

...they are united in their attempt
...to prevent Israel from fulfilling God’s purpose
                       ...entering the Land
                          ...building the Temple
...transmitting the light to the world.
...the people are not yet ready
                                    ...the 10
scouts die immediately
                                       ...like all those before them
...who were unable or unwilling to transmit the light
...like those destroyed by the 10 plagues
                                                ...like the 10 pre-flood kings
                                                   ...like the 10 sphere’s

The lives of the remaining people are shattered by 40 years in the wilderness, during which time their lives come to an end (those that prevented the light). Moving forward through time we see many events where people prevent or try to prevent the light from eventually entering the world, for example:

The 10 sons of Haman oppose God and Israel

...they are united in their attempt
...to prevent Israel from fulfilling God’s purpose

...to prevent their return to the Land
...to prevent them from (re)building the Temple
...to prevent them from transmitting the light to the world
...so the 10 are hung on the gallows and
                     ...they cease to exist
...like all those who went before them

...like those destroyed by the 10 plagues
                                ...like the 10 pre-flood kings
                                    ...like the 10 sphere’s

Jumping ahead to the more distant future....

Hitler’s 10 henchmen oppose God and Israel
...they too unite to prevent Israel from fulfilling God’s purpose by
...preventing Israel from returning to (re)build the Temple and
...in so doing, prevent light from entering the world
...the 10 are convicted at Nuremberg
                ...hung on the gallows and
                   ...cease to exist

...like the 10 son's of Haman who were also hung on the gallows and
                         ...ceased to exist
...and the many "10's" who went before them.
...like the 10 pre-flood kings and
                                  ...the 10 sphere’s
...all of which did not, in their respective time
...meet the minimal specifications within the blueprint

Despite this attempt by Hitler and his 10 henchmen, the Jewish people begin returning to Israel. History repeats itself over and over again. In each case, the numbers and sets of numbers are the same. Why do we see the same pattern over and over again? What is it? What does it mean? Where does it originate?

All of the above events are really a reflection of a much larger reality that revolves around the mathematic characteristics of the blueprint defined by the letters of God’s Name. The ‘specifications’ for the events are found in the sapphire cube that has 5 internal mathematic constructs together with 5 polar opposites (a total of
10). This particular cube is 6 x 6 x 6 cubic handbreadths, with 216 elements that reflect the Signature of the Architect. That is why these seminal events take this form. The same geometric characteristics are found in the star tetrahedron (magen david) as described in other posts.

The pattern, in rectified form, appears in the spheres when they return 5 opposite 5 (sefer yetzirah) after which they take form in the letters of creation where 5 letters have 5 specific counterparts (normal and sofit, positioned at the beginning or end of a word as is commonly known). The specific requirements for the process are then found after the division into the luchot, where we see 5 commandments on one, opposite 5 commandments on the other. For 5 months the waters rose and for 5 months they receded. We see 5 tapestries sewn together at one end of the mishkan and 5 sewn together at the other. There were 5 specific things in the first Temple, but those 5 things were not in the second (and these are but a few examples).

When any given aspect of creation meets the minimal specifications required by the blueprint, where there are at least 5 opposite 5 (in a mixed state of good and evil) then it is allowed to continue. When it is characterized by 10 elements that are unanimous and resolute in their opposition to the light, those elements are destroyed, there is a reset, and the process of bringing them back in a rectified form begins (as seen in key events). This is the nature of tikkun olam and it inevitably repeats itself.

The "Ten" are Hidden in the Geometry of the SapPhiRe Cube
5 Opposite 5

(the cube of the mem-tet angel depicting the constructs defined by the 216)
(and measured by  42 sets of 42 linear handbreadths shown in the post on "42 Letters in Sapphire")

The mathematic nature of the above constructs define various events, like the division of the cube [of metatron] (6 x 6 x 6 or 216 cubic handbreadths) into two halves (108 cubic handbreadths opposite 108 cubic handbreadths) with 5 commandments on one, opposite 5 commandments on the other (the mirror image of the geometry in the five constructs that are self-duals). Each is a reflection of a larger reality that flows from the ultimate unity, the Blessed Holy One, whose Name, with 216 letters, defines the measure for everything in the created universe.

The Combined Cubic Form of the Shnei Luchot
6 x 6 x 6
10: 5 opposite 5

Remember the gematria of the Tetragramaton? The gematria of yud-key-vav-key (YHWH) is 10, 5, 6, 5. See anything in the geometry of the (gem)stones above that looks familiar?

It should come as no surprise that we also see this same pattern in the mathematics corresponding to the 5 string theories in physics that are reconciled by “dual resonance” wherein the male-female waveforms dictate the underlying rules of physics (ultimately quantum chromodynamics). The universe must take the form that is specified in the blueprint, and so it does.

Each of these reflections requires contemplation to fully appreciate. Please understand that it is not possible to see the world on this level without first looking into the geometry of the [primordial] Torah.
The events (especially those pertaining to Israel) and the geometry in the combined cubic form of the sapphire tablets, are one in the same.

Next week, in Parashah Korach we will see how the letters of the Name in combination with cause and effect, become the template for future events and even specify the character of those events. Watch for it.

Footnote 1 - There were more than 10 brothers, however 10 were involved in the sale and while the sale may not have been direct,
it nevertheless had the same result.

Footnote 2 - Rabbi Yehuda Lowe of Prague (the Maharal)

Footnote 4 - There were more than 10 "scouts," but 10 were involved in the evil report.
